Maintenance instructions:

• We recommend handwashing only to avoid damaging the coating and colour.
• Make sure that the heat source is not larger than the active base; this is especially important with induction hobs: if you use an unsuitable size hob, there is a risk that the hob will not "recognise" the product.
• Use a suitable cooking temperature: excessive temperatures can cause food to stick to the product or burn.
• Do not use metal utensils, we recommend using silicone utensils.
• Do not place the item in the heat source without any food.
• Depending on the type of food being cooked, we do not recommend filling more than 2/3 of the capacity of the piece.
• Do not modify the product or replace parts: only replace with original parts.
• During use, parts become hot – always use appropriate gloves or cloths.
• Avoid accidental knocks or falls, which may damage the internal and external coatings.
• Continued exposure to flames may cause staining on the coating: handles may be damaged by flames from gas hobs.
• On glass-ceramic hobs, always lift the item to avoid scratches.
• The internal and external coating may change colour due to natural wear and tear and the chromatic characteristics of some foods. This is not a defect and does not affect the functionality of the product.

Damage caused by incorrect or abusive use, negligence, accidents, overheating and/or alterations to the product made by the end consumer are explicitly excluded from the guarantee. This product requires no additional maintenance beyond the above recommendations.
