Made of cast aluminium, its induction base can be used on various surfaces, induction hobs, ceramic hobs and gas or electric stoves. Its non-stick interior guarantees a homogeneous cooking. The Oslo set must be hand washed. Our items are produced to last as long as possible in your kitchen, without losing quality. Your satisfaction is our goal. Before the first use, boil water, dry the product and then grease it with a little cooking oil. The size of the heat source should not exceed the bottom of the product. Do not use metallic objects to scrape. Wash with hot water, detergent, and a soft sponge after each use. Do not place the product empty on the heat source. Depending on the type of food to be cooked, it is not recommended to fill more than 2/3 of the full capacity of the product. Continuous use on the flame may cause changes in the shade of the external coating. The inner coating may change color due to natural wear, and chromatic characteristics of some foods. This is not a defect and does not affect the functionality of the product. Accidental bumps or drops can damage the isolating coating of the handles and knobs as well as the inner and outer coating of the product. Please use with care. This product should not be modified. The pieces can only be replaced by original ones. In addition to the mentioned recommendations of use, this product does not require any maintenance.
