The Riviera range, in uncoated 18/10 stainless steel, heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly for phenomenal results. Use the product in the most appropriately sized heat focus - food will be cooked more evenly and the risk of damage to handles is reduced. This is especially important on induction hobs: if you use an inappropriately sized spot, there is a risk that the hob will not "recognise" the product. Before first use wash your Jomafe product with warm water and detergent, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Use an absorbent cloth dampened with vegetable oil on the non-stick surface. Then rinse with warm water and dry. Wash with hot water, detergent and sponge after each use. Do not use wire scourers or abrasives. Do not place the empty piece on the heat source. Apart from the above recommendations for use, this product does not require maintenance.
