This set can be used for preparing cakes or puddings. One mould with a centre hole and ribbed and one rectangular baling tray ideal for traditional fruit cake. In carbon steel with non-stick coating, the ribbed cake mould measures 25 cm and the loaf pan measures 30.5x11.5 cm.

Before using for the first time, wash with hot water and dry. Then grease with a little cooking oil. Do not use metal objects as they will damage the mould. Wash with hot water, non-abrasive detergents and sponges after use. Do not use wire or abrasive scourers. Do not place the empty part on the heat source, suitable for ovens.
