The Altis range of casseroles, pots, pans, grills and kettles can be used on all heat sources. The Altis range, in uncoated stainless steel, heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly for phenomenal results. Use the product on the most suitably sized heat source - food will be cooked more evenly and the risk of damage to handles is reduced. This is especially important on induction hobs: if you use an inappropriately sized spot, there is a risk that the hob will not "recognise" the product. Before first use, follow the curing instructions on the packaging. Do not use wire scourers or abrasives. Do not place the blank on the heat source. Apart from the above recommendations for use, this product does not require any maintenance.
