The Magna gama is made from uncoated 18/10 stainless steel and heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, for phenomenal results. Use the product on the most suitable size heat source – food will cook more evenly and the risk of damage to the handles is reduced. This is especially important with induction hobs: if you use an inappropriately sized spot, there is a risk that the hob will not “recognise” the product. Before the first use, wash your Jomafe product with warm water and detergent, then rinse and dry carefully. Use an absorbent cloth dampened with vegetable oil on the non-stick surface. Then rinse with hot water and dry it. Wash with hot water, detergent and sponge after each use. Do not use abrasive scrubs. Do not place it empty in the heat source. In addition to the above recommendations for use, this product is maintenance-free.
