Made of forged aluminum with soft touch bakelite handles, its induction base can be used on all heat sources: induction cookers, ceramic hobs and gas or electric stoves. Its ceramic interior guarantees a homogeneous cooking. The Oslo Stone set must be hand washed. Our items are produced to last as long as possible in your kitchen, without losing quality. Your satisfaction is our goal. Before the first use, boil water, dry and then grease with a little of cooking oil. The size of the heat source should not be larger than the active base of the product. Do not use metallic objects for scraping. Wash with hot water, detergent and sponge after each use. Do not place the empty part in the heat source. Depending on the type of food to be cooked, it is not recommended to fill more than 2/3 of the item's capacity. Continuous use in the flame may cause tonality changes in the external coating. The inner coating may change color due to natural wear and tear and the chromatic characteristics of some foods. This is not a defect and does not affect the functionality of the product. Accidental knocks or drops can damage the insulating coating of the cables and wings as well as the internal and external coatings of the part. Please use with care. This product must not be modified. The pieces can only be replaced with original parts. In addition to the above recommendations for use, this product is maintenance-free.
